All volunteers & coaches working directly with the athletes have background checks, first aid certification, a National Federation of High School Association California Coaches Certificate, and additional training and safety certifications required by California.

Coach Victor Hudson
Bay area native who grew up in Stanford and currently resides in Redwood City, CA. Coach Vic attended the University of Arizona as a scholarship Track & Field athlete.
In High School he was a 4 year letterman, 4 year Dual Meet Champ, 4 year PAL team League Champ, 2 year PAL MVP, 2 year PAL Championship Most Outstanding Athlete , PAL 400 Meter Champ, 4 year 4×100 Meter Relay Champ (anchor leg). 2 year ALL CCS and 2 year CIF State Championship Meet Qualifier.
He is a proud father and loves golf. Coach Vic is dedicated to mentoring and coaching athletes to improve speed, agility and overall athletic performance. His personal motto is “Every Athlete Will Get Better” (every athlete has the potential to get better, and it’s his job to get them to excel).

Distance Coach
Coach Greg Fogg
Coaching XC / Track & Field at MCHS since 2004. Also have over 18 years’ combined experience coaching in Rincon Valley Soccer League, CYO, Rincon Valley Little League, and 1 year for Maria Carrillo Girls Basketball.
Competed in both XC / Track & Field at Piner, Rancho Cotate High School, SRJC, Chico State University, finished running career at University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). Received numerous local High School “Coach of the Year” honors over past 15 years, inducted in both Piner and Rancho Cotate Athletic Hall of Fame. Hold track school records at Rancho Cotate and SRJC, High School 3mile XC PR of 15:27; College PRs in 1500m 3:48 (4:06 mile equivalent) and 8:58 3K Steeple.

NorCal ELITE
NorCal ELITE rents the Maria Carrillo track and weight room for practice four day a week for an hour and a half. The club is open to all athletes in Sonoma County and surrounding areas regardless of the high school they attend.
